IDS TWO-YEAR MONEY BACK COPIER PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
Customer has up to two years to exchange or return the equipment. Customer must be continuously current on all outstanding invoices. Equipment must be continuously maintained under a non-discounted service contract with IDS. All previous lease buy-outs or lease upgrades paid by the dealer must be returned to the dealer at the commencement of this guarantee. Customer must notify IDS in writing by certified mail within 24 months of contract date for this guarantee to take effect.
IDS TWO-HOUR SERVICE RESPONSE TIME COPIER PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
IDS will respond to all service requests within two hours of customer’s initial call or the next month’s service is on us. Upon notification by customer of our failure to respond to a service call, within two hours of the initially placed service call, we will credit customer’s account one month’s basic service charge. Customer must be continuously current on all outstanding invoices. Equipment must be continuously maintained under a non-discounted service contract with IDS. Customer must notify IDS in writing within 30 days of incident date to receive service charge credit.
*These guarantees apply to all new digital copiers with copy/print speed of 35 pages per minute or more.
